This assignment was pretty easy to do the only thing is Quest and I had to wait until a week before the assignment was due to do it. We started off the video with Coach Kaligis explaining the goal of Fun Day. After that we showed a video of the kids having fun and between those videos we interviewed Trey Norman and he gave his thoughts of Fun Day. Looking at the video you can tell that the players are having fun too. One can see that players are cheering the kids on and getting them excited as if they were really playing in a game. I wouldn’t change anything in the video if i had the chance to. I feel like the video didn’t look edited and to me that shows the viewers how Fun Day really went.
Every year the University of Wyoming have a spring game. Last year was the first time we had “FUN DAY” this is when the kids come out and get to have fun wit the players. The players put stations together that has something to do wit football. The stations are not difficult because it is meant for the children to have fun. Different positions have different stations, so it is a variety of things the kids can do so they don’t get bored quick.
Fun Day is also another way to promote the spring game. I feel like a lot more people came to support the spring game because they knew about fun day. Hopefully one day the spring game can be a sold out game like all of the other “Big Time” Universities spring games.
I believe that Fun Day and the video slideshow was a success! If any parents want to bring their children to next years Fun Day then they should. Here is the link to the video and hope you enjoy
